Housing Info

Cornish College of the Arts provides supervised housing for Summer at Cornish students aged 15 and over. Cornish Housing is located in an urban location near our Main Campus Center, just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Seattle and the Space Needle. Individual rooms are much larger than typical residence hall rooms and each has its own private bath.

The cost of living in the residence halls is $300 per week. Because of the high demand for space, on–campus housing fills quickly and not all students are able to secure residence hall space.
